I have always maintained that what we do today affects our tomorrows and I believe strongly that proper nutrition, movement, exercise, stress management and relationship building is crucial to health and wellness.
As a young woman I began teaching Ballet Jazz and fitness and loved it because my students(and I) always had so much fun! I also realized how important it is to be able to move with ease and grace through good posture and movement patterns, reducing the risk of injury.
I left the dance world for 14 years to develop my business skills leading to an opportunity in 2002 to join the fitness industry and become a personal trainer. The human body is fascinating and I love learning about it every day.
The next logical step was to take a 500 hr Yoga teacher training and voilà , the concept for Jasmine Rose Yoga (my 1st and 2nd names) was born! I am also certified to lead SUP (Stand-Up Paddle) Yoga, Yoga Tune Up®and the Roll Model®.
Experience a group class or a private session in a relaxed beautiful studio where Yoga is your practice and everyone works at their own pace! I look forward to meeting you, helping you become and be Fit and Well…….for a lifetime!
